Gosh, there is usually no line at Solutions!
I later found out through a friend of mine who was volunteering that most of their laptops weren’t working due to connection issues. It usually takes less than 5 minutes to be helped at Solutions.
If you ever forget your bib at home, or just plain lost your whole package that was mailed to you (or you never received it) then you can come to the Solutions booth for them to replace all those things for you. They quickly look up your registration on their laptop and hand you over a new bib and time tracker. Then you make your way to the t-shirt booth to get your bag of goodies and t-shirt.
